Razer Blackwidow v4 PRO 75% - Wireless dongle and wrist rest replacement

Hello,

 

I live in germany, and I lost my usb dongle for my Razer Blackwidow v4 PRO 75%, also I would like to buy replacement wrist rest since it is a but damage.

I cannot find anywhere to buy it.

I understand that you are looking for a replacement dongle for your Razer BlackWidow V4 PRO 75%. According to our warranty policy, claims arising from any unacceptable use or care of the Product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification or repair, unauthorized commercial use or any operation of the Product outside Razer's recommended parameters are not covered under warranty. Because of this, a lost dongle would not be eligible for a warranty replacement.

 

That said, I’d still be happy to help explore available options for purchasing a replacement dongle. I can check our inventory to see if we have a stock for a replacement dongle for your device.
