Razer Blackwidow v4 Pro and Naga v2 Pro keep disconnecting from Synapse3

I just bought a Razer Blackwidow v4 Pro and a Naga v2 Pro and both of them keep disconnecting from Synapse 3 constantly.

The only way to get them re-detected is to close out every instance of Razer software in task Manager (and for some reason there’s always a ton of different pieces of razer software in there) and then restart Synapse 3.

My Blackwidow is running 1.0.8.0 firmware and my Naga Pro is running 1.1.0.0 firmware.

Synapse is on version 3.8.1231.120811

My version of Windows 11 is fully updated to the latest version.

I love both the mouse and keyboard so I don’t want to return them to Amazon if I can avoid it, so what can I do to rectify this please? This is a big enough deal that if I can’t fix it, i’m going with a different brand.

No replies here, and support have asked me to send them all manner of things, from videos to razer logs, and have not offered one bit of useful help or advice. My mouse and keyboard STILL keep disconnecting from Synapse 3 and i’ve had enough. I’ve done everything I can think of, from deleting and reinstalling Synapse 3, rebooting computer, installing fresh windows drivers, making sure Windows and the mouse/KB firmware are all up-to-date, trying different motherboard USB sockets.

These two devices are brand new. Less than a week old. I very much doubt both of them, bought from two different sources, are damaged.

Why is Synapse 3 so freaking bad?

If I pay several hundred dollars for allegedly high-end gaming equipment, I expect it to work.

I’m about ready to be done if I don’t get some kind of useful support in the next few days. I thought Razer was supposed to be a good company. I guess I was wrong.

I’m tired and frustrated over this.
