Hi,
Today, September 9, 2026, the button responsible for Command Dial Horizontal Scrolling started adjusting the keyboard’s brightness instead of scrolling horizontally when I turned the knob.
In Synapse 4, I enabled only the horizontal scrolling function, but the problem persists. Attempting a reset and creating new custom modes did not help. It seems as though the knob/Command Dial itself has gotten stuck on adjusting the brightness.
Please help.
