Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro keys not working

Hello. So, I had only recently bought my Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro keyboard (about a week, two weeks ago) and I’ve been running into the issue of my left ctrl, window, and alt keys not working. I do not know if this is a faulty switch or a firmware issue; I’ve tried my own research, looked some stuff online, but none of it really worked. Closing out Razer Synapse didn’t solve much, nor did trying to uninstall the device from Device Manager. For context, the keys just do not work. They’re present, and they glow with the LEDs and all that, but when Chroma is active, whenever I press those three buttons they do not register the same way as the rest of the keyboard or my mouse. Heck, they don't register at all, so I would like to know the issue behind this product I purchased so I can properly use it. Please, and thank you.
