Razer Blackwidow V4 PRO not working

So I got a Blackwidow V4 pro and I connected it but had to disconnect it for a Zoom meeting, when I reconected it, it didn´t work. No RGB, not able to write. I swapped cables, thinking it would help, but now I have doubts and a useless keyboard.

  • Simultaneously press and hold the "esc" + "caps" + spacebar keys.
