Razer Blackwidow V4 problems

I just bought this keyboard 2 weeks ago and it’s been a pain since I got it. I have to download 4 different apps for 1 keyboard. Here is an idea, how about just 1 app for 1 keyboard? Then there are the media buttons that don’t work. They did work until I restarted. Now the buttons do nothing and the roller scrolls up and down the page instead of adjusting the volume. The last keyboard I had was much better and only cost about 1/3 of this one. It’s way overpriced and does nothing that warrants the premium price. And the magnetic wrist rest is useless, it falls off just by looking at it. This is my first Razer keyboard and so far I don’t plan on  buying another.
