I have a wireless razer blackwidow v4 tkl. all of a sudden it stopped charging and it stays at 1% even if charged with a phone charger.
tried to reset it with the key binding but it seems it just doesn't reset. it's the second time this happens but the first time it was sufficient to reset it with the reset button which it doesn't work this time

Have you tried updating its firmware? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds along the way.
