Razer BlackWidow v4 X keys are unresponsive or double typesThis is really annoying - all software etc is up to date. Tried on other computers as well.This is a terrible device to use. Help please!!!

Hi there, ​@duke_lukem!Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update your keyboard’s firmware.If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.*Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
