Hey there! Thanks for creating this thread. Have you tried unplugging and plugging your device or connecting it to another computer? That error shows that the device has been bricked. Unfortunately, a device firmware can't fix the keyboard's state and there's no available update for this model as well. Please follow the steps below and check if Windows has stored a last know good driver for your Razer Blackwidow X Chroma:

a. Search Device manager by using the Windows file search

b. Click any hardware category from the list. (I selected my computer name).

c. Once you've selected any hardware category, click the "Action" button at the top-left and select "Add legacy hardware".

d. A "Add Hardware Wizard" prompt will display, click "Next".

e. The hardware wizard prompt will display options on how would you like to install the hardware driver, select "Install the hardware that I manually select from the list (Advanced)", then click "Next".

f. Select the "Human Interface Devices" or "Keyboards" from the list and look for the keyboard driver, then click "Next".

g. Restart the computer.

I hope the steps above help. I'll be locking this thread now. I'll be locking this thread now. Don't hesitate to send me a PM or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
