Razer Blackwidow X Chroma key problem

S/N: PM1805F04700059 Product No: RZ03-01760400-R3W1 Issue: Hi all, I have been using my Razer Blackwidow keyboard for a long time now, but I have suddenly come along to a problem. Whenever I attempt to press the keys, the underkey lights stop working and the key that I press fades green in and out. After around 10 seconds the lights come back on. MAIN POINT: Chroma does not update keyboard lighting. When I change colours, my Razer Lancehead Works and changes, but the keyboard does not. Thanks
