It does not show up at all in synapse 2 it just tells me to connect a razer device, but when I tried to download synapse 3 to test if it would work not only could it identify what device was connected, it also recommended I use synapse 2. 

So am I just S.O.L even though I took care of my keyboard over the years & is still fully functioning with no issues other than the fact that its “older” ? if so what’s the point of getting more expensive razer products in the future if the software you bought it for originally will inevitably just stop being supported or forgot about completely?

please, If there is a fix for this issue that I just haven’t discovered yet let me know, Iv seen no other razer support comments from similar posts with the same devices no longer registering in synapse 2, & those forums are all 1+years old

 not being able to make custom lighting anymore or see the keystroke count to see the life of the keys has been a real let down and were the two main features I loved
