Razer Blade 13(2017) Keyboard only half way working.
I have had the laptop since it was new and I use it for school. However, this week, from no noticeable fault of my own, the left half of the keyboard rgb has stopped being lit. I have checked in synapse and there is no reason that it should not be working. The keys all still work and the right side half have no issues with coloration or anything. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to remedy this issue.

Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? If so, then there is a good chance that we're dealing with dead LEDs or the cable connecting the keyboard to the laptop has been partly disconnected, if not defective. Please send me the serial number of the laptop so I can look into model-specific solutions.
