Why is my 2019 Razor Stealth a legacy product  when it was purchased in 2019? I need a recovery image. I did a reset, and I can’t sign in to Synapse and deal with the NVIDIA app. I want to keep bios and NVIDIA card up to date

    Same problem. Mine’s from 2020 and they haven’t provided a system image for over a year at least. 7 years of support is an absolute joke. They barely supported this laptop. It was considered legacy at 5 years old. They don’t have any drivers or system images archived. It takes zero effort for them to provide these and leave them available to download. zero.
