Razer Blade 14 2017 (1060) Crazy Fan Noise Under No Load

Hey everyone, I have a 2017 razer blade 14 with a 1060. Since I got it, under absolutely no load, even when the laptop turns on and just sits on the desk, the fans sound like a jet. The laptop sounds the same whether I'm heavily gaming or just sitting browsing the internet. The fan noise has made it almost impossible to use during classes or meetings, and I've reset it twice, and updated every possible driver. I am far out of warenty and not really sure what to do, any suggestions are welcome. Thanks everyone!

+1 I have the same model and mine do that too. Sometimes it gets better if i restart but that makes no sense? I've taken the back off and cleaned them real good. A lot of dust and a little bit of cat fur came out the keys and hinge, but they still make the noise. The noise sounds like something is just a little off and grinding. The fans get real hot like there's friction. I'm afraid to take them completely out and not sure if that would even help.
