Razer Blade 14" {2017}

Hi Razer Family... My issue is that I have had this laptop new from the box since 2017 and recently some of the RGB keys have stopped lighting up... I've gone about to uninstall all updates and reinstall windows 10 to a version that was working properly but i haven't had any luck on resolving the issue, i have even tried Synapse 3 and no luck there... I'm now thinking it's the keyboard itself needs a new one.. Ay help is appreciated
