Good day, 

I had my Razer Blade 2017 since the beginning.

But since 6 months, the battery looks to be dead : 

 - The computer refuses to powers up when on battery. 

 - Disconnecting the power cord results in a complete power loss. 

 - Windows still sees the battery and is able to create report from it (as instructed in https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2198/~/how-to-get-a-battery-report-and-create-an-energy-report-from-a-razer-blade)

 

I changed the battery myself and it worked again for a limited time (2 months), before the new battery does the same thing.

 

I completed the power reinitialisation setup, reinstalled windows, disconnected and reconnected the battery, without success. Unfortunatley my local repair shop “don’t have the right tools” to work on this laptop (he’s a scammer).
