I can't finish my BIOS update. After the loading bar is full it is supposed to restart my laptop but it didn't and i waited for several hours until i forced shut down it

technopointPopstar114Please check if you are installing the compatible update for your Razer Blade 14 2017. This behavior could be a result of a possible hardware/software issue. Try running hard drive/disc check and Windows DISM tool in your command prompt (dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth) and see if there are errors that needs repairing in your unit. Also, I recommend factory resetting your operating system by downloading your recovery image here. Once done, install the BIOS update. Have you contacted our Support Team?
