I've just purchased a preowned laptop which was seemingly wiped beforehand, I cannot get into the f9 menu so I decided to grab it form the website, except this laptop is older than listed. Would there any other way I can get a factory windows 10 image? I rather prefer to get a copy with the drivers and software prepackaged.

I don’t think factory images are available for older Razer laptops anymore, considering the model you state is probably past its EOL Support duration
Ah i see, anyone have keep a copy which maybe could share with me?
