Razer Blade 14 (2017) Thermal Throttling under 80c and power issues

I've been using my Razer Blade over an year and from recently my Bladed started switching back and forth AC power and battery like rapidly whenever I play some specific title (Call of Duty 4 or Zelda: BOTW using CEMU emulator). I doubt its a performance issue because when I play much demanding games like AC Odessey, it works just fine. But at the same time I was able to fix COD 4 by reducing FPS from 250 to 140 and it was resolved. So I wanted to check if its power throttling and downloaded XTU to found another issue. That my Blade is being throttled at temps like 75-80c which I don't think is high enough to throttle? Please let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions to fix these problems.
