Hello, I require serious help with my device. I have a Razer Blade 14 AMD version from 2021. I have this issue where whenever I try to run a game, the device runs the game for a bit and then turns off. The keyboard light is usually still on, however, it appears to be in sleep mode or something where the light on the bottom keeps fading in and out. Usually, I have to hold the power button to restart my device. It doesn’t seem to be a heating issue either as I have an external fan that I also  use in case. The laptop I am using is operating without a battery as well, so there’s no battery swelling issue. I even factory reset the device, reinstalled my softwares, and tried to run Overwatch but it shutdown again. Before today, when I tried running Genshin impact, it shutdown again after freezing for a bit and said, “your device ran into an error.”

When checking event log, I found these errors:

- A fatal error occurred when attempting to access the TLS server credential private key. The error code returned from the cryptographic module is 0x8009030D. The internal error state is 10001.
- HAP AcpCreateAudioEngine fail with status (0xC000009A)
- Critical: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
- The previous system shutdown at 10:23:10 PM on ‎3/‎2/‎2026 was unexpected.
- The Razer Chroma SDK Server service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 18 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 300000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

How do I fix this issue? I am really terrified so far considering how expensive this device was.
