my razer blade 14 2021 won’t turn on unless plugged in and battery won’t charge passed 54%. Where can I get a battery replacement from as my laptop is not under warranty?

You can try to ask Razer Support via contact form or chat if available in your country: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support/
You probably can find some 3rd party battery replacements on amazon/ebay etc. but dunno about their quality.
