Hi, I am having trouble turning on the logo light for my Blade 14. I have set both the logo light settings to static for both plugged in and battery modes but the light still doesn't turn on. I have also tried reinstalling Synapse but nothing changed. Anyone knows a fix?

When did the behavior happen started to happen? Have you tried updating your Windows operating system and Synapse 3.0 access? Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I’ll be locking this thread now.
