I've updated the firmware as per instructed (with all the disabling steps). While some prompts occur during the installation as per the attached picture, the battery health optimizer tab on synapse is made available to me. Yet, my battery is still charging to 100%, and the the battery health optimizer option will be turned off automatically.
How do i proceed with this? I've tried to re-install the firmware, yet the installer mentioned everything is up to date, while on my synapse, it mentioned that firmware is still available to be updated.
