Razer Blade 14" (2022) EC Updater | RZ09-0427

Hi,

I'm notified in Synapse that there is a BIOS update required for my Razer Blade 14 (2022) device, despite having run the updater successfully. I'm directed to download the updater here:

I've confirmed my EC version is 1.03 in BIOS, and I've ran the updater multiple times with the message "Device components are up-to-date".

How do I get Synapse to recognize that I've already completed the updater? Is anybody else having this issue?

Did you already try to repair the Synapse application? If not yet, please proceed by following the steps here. Please PM me the serial number so I can start a case and forward it to the Software Team so they can have a look at the BIOS update notification issue on Synapse.
