My laptop is set to go to sleep after 20mins - when this happens, it won’t switch back on, I can see it has power and the keyboard would light up but the screen stays black, so I have to switch the laptop off using the power button and switch back on.
I need urgent help as this caused me to lose work twice already. Customer support is currently down.

If your Razer Blade 14 (2022) is not switching back on after sleep mode, the n it maybe caused by a firmware bug, corrupt BIOS state, or display driver failure, causing it to get stuck in a "deep sleep" or hibernation state.
