My Blade 14 is just a few days away from turning 12 months old. It’s the most expensive laptop I’ve ever owned. It has always stayed in my room and is in perfect condition.
After not using it for two days, I tried to turn it on and… nothing.
The charger is working (I already had to replace a faulty one), and I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, such as holding the power button and plugging and unplugging the charger, but there’s no response. The LED doesn’t blink or light up at all. It’s completely dead.
I’ve seen some people suggest disconnecting the battery or the CMOS battery, but I think doing so might void the warranty. Also, if it were stuck in sleep mode, the LED should still work.
