razer blade 14 2022 rz09-0427 won't turn on | Razer Insider

Any help appreciated on this. I bought my laptop about a year and three months ago, but already had to get it replaced so this current laptop is under a year old. But it is out of razer’s listed warranty of one year from purchase so I can’t open a support ticket through the site.

The laptop won’t turn on, I have a black screen without backlight, but the green led is pulsing.

I have two chargers, so tried them both just in case. I followed all the steps on the support page

If I hold down the power button after ~10 seconds the led will blip white once then go dark. When I hit it again it goes straight to pulsing green. All through this the screen and keys remain dark

Over the last couple of weeks windows had randomly started getting black screens which would last a couple of seconds then dump me at the lock screen and I’d need to log in again. Thought this was a windows issue at the time but now think it must be related.

This evening while trying to get it working it did once boot to a black screen with backlighting that would flick to off every few seconds. Looked very broken.

One last thing is I thought that laptops sold in the EU need to have a 2 year warranty. If that’s the case is there any way I can open a support ticket and get an RMA?

I am Having the same issue. Now it does not Turn on at All. I had the pulsing Green lights for a while but now completely dark. Very unsatisfying for a computer with that price.

Same issue here. Same symptoms but mine lasted a while after the pulsing green light into standby then back again. Now its completely dead. Anyone got any solutions?

I sent it in to Razer to get repaired and they’re currently waiting for a part to complete the repair. I’m guessing a motherboard problem :/

Same issue, green light was pulsing but now nothing at all (other than the white LED flickering on when holding power button).

I'm out of warranty (purchased in 2022) so looking for what options I have.

heard removing the back and disconnecting the battery was something to try? Has anyone tried that?
