i bought a razerblade 14 2022 but after installing the new BIOS, my laptop cannot detect TPM 2.0 so i cannot install windows 11. I am using this computer for work and now i am stuck without any windows update. i need you guys to provide either a update BIOS or a TPM driver update so windows can detect the TPM2.0. Also my computer should have support for USB4 but after following the online instruction on your website, i still don't have it. Please get back to me soon due to urgency of project deadlines.

Hi! is there an update regarding this postt? I am having the same issue now and cannot upgrade to windows 11 after I reformatted my drive and re-installed the original windows 10 version. thanks!

in 2019 I bought a laptop from aliexpress, I paid 289€. and I upgraded it to Windows 11.
