Razer Blade 14 2023 keeps shutting off on reboot

Hi all,

I was playing Cyberpunk when my Razer Blade 14 2023 - Mercury suddenly shut down. I thought that the system automatically shut reaching the temp security level.

Now trying to reboot a few minutes later, my computer now keep on shutting down and rebooting before getting to windows, and sometimes even before getting to recovery mode.

A couple of times, I have reached Windows 11 desktop, but the system shuts again even before all app are loaded.

It's been like this now for a couple of hours so temperature shouldn't be a problem anymore.

I have tried several options listed on the different pages: unplugged/replugged battery, passed a SSD test in BIOS, press 15 seconds start button... The problem remains the same.

Would any of you have an idea of how I could solve this issue?

In my case it turned out to be a fried chip on the motherboard. I had to send the laptop to repair. Fortunately it was still under warranty.

I am on it now.

I have checked SSD or and OS install, they are both OK. Looks like the failure is hardware related. I guess this laptop is going back to support service.

I have the same issue but get no where with support. I am part of the razer family since the beginning but the treatment is horrible you cant phone them in netherlands. Euro 3900 for a piece of crap and crap service razer 14' laptop

I cant get it to send them a video to even get started because they want a video, how can I take a video when it randomly restarts. Absolute mess so frustrated seems I am moving out of the Razer community and house which I loved. Dont want to struggle like this…
