As I bought this laptop (Blade 14 - RZ09-0370) in 2021 I have no warranty on it anymore but as the mousepad is less and less responding, the battery seems to start bulging. Now I want to DIY fix it but I am a bit afraid purchasing a random battery online. Has anyone good recommendations or is there a way to order it directly from razer?

Let me help you with your Blade 14. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
