razer blade 14 dead motherboard | Razer Insider

I’ve got myself in pickle with Razer blade 2022 that I had bought on credit via overclockers here in UK.

Start of August of last year, it abruptly turned off and wouldn’t turn back on after pressing the power button. So I tried getting the laptop fixed through the warranty and came to find out that it had expired.

Couple weeks later when I finally had time to take it to a profesional to check it out he then informed me of a motherboard issue and that it had broke because the VRMs short circuited. Apparently it’s a common issue with Razer laptops having these cheap parts carrying such massive voltage that it is bound to fail at some point. So now a year and a bit later i am left with a dead machine and money still coming out of my bank.

So how is it that Razer sells these overly expensive “quality” machines and it doesn’t even manage to last me till the end of my 2 year credit plan. Honestly just feel like I’ve been robbed of my money.

The same problem here with same exact model(dead motherboard) and I live in Iran so it's basically unrepairable in here and for me to send it to another country to requires a proof of purchase which I don't have any

And im just stuck with a 2000 dollar piece unusable of metal that I can't find a new motherboard for it because apparently razer doesn't sell them

I am in the same position, I am from Mexico and I have tried to contact any Razer employee but they always tell me the same sheet.

They send me a link to this website, They think their customer service is good, IT IS TERRIBLE!!, the computer cost almost 4000 dollars and today it is a useless piece of metal which Razer is not responsible for such garbage
