I’ve got myself in pickle with Razer blade 2022 that I had bought on credit via overclockers here in UK.
Start of August of last year, it abruptly turned off and wouldn’t turn back on after pressing the power button. So I tried getting the laptop fixed through the warranty and came to find out that it had expired.
Couple weeks later when I finally had time to take it to a profesional to check it out he then informed me of a motherboard issue and that it had broke because the VRMs short circuited. Apparently it’s a common issue with Razer laptops having these cheap parts carrying such massive voltage that it is bound to fail at some point. So now a year and a bit later i am left with a dead machine and money still coming out of my bank.
So how is it that Razer sells these overly expensive “quality” machines and it doesn’t even manage to last me till the end of my 2 year credit plan. Honestly just feel like I’ve been robbed of my money.
The same problem here with same exact model(dead motherboard) and I live in Iran so it's basically unrepairable in here and for me to send it to another country to requires a proof of purchase which I don't have any
And im just stuck with a 2000 dollar piece unusable of metal that I can't find a new motherboard for it because apparently razer doesn't sell them

I am in the same position, I am from Mexico and I have tried to contact any Razer employee but they always tell me the same sheet.
They send me a link to this website, They think their customer service is good, IT IS TERRIBLE!!, the computer cost almost 4000 dollars and today it is a useless piece of metal which Razer is not responsible for such garbage
got the same issue. i just put my device on sleep mode overnight because i still have some work being done. i am not charging the device overnight. the next morning, it is not turning on. consulted about the warranty and found out that i just missed 2 months from its warranty period.
the timing is very convenient for them and it seems like it is programmed to fail right after the warranty and they will charge you by a huge price. its better to just buy new laptop using this amount. not gonna buy here again
Had this same issue with my 2022. Returned it to me with a note saying the PCBA was overheating. They didn’t have the part in stock (Luckily I am still under warranty), so they upgraded me to a 4070 model. Good service to me, I am very grateful, but hopefully it doesn’t happen again.
had the same issue tried to fix it with a local repair shop didinr mange to fix it
barely had the laptop for a year and a half and its dead
Never going to buy anything from razer
Razer's customer service is a joke. My laptop stopped working, and they blamed customer-induced damage without proof. Then they tried to charge me 2,600€ for repairs. I refused, and when they sent it back, it was in even worse condition—completely dead and with a dented screen. Their VIP support couldn’t even get the date right in their emails, and they ignored my request for compensation. Absolute nightmare experience. Avoid Razer at all costs.
Have a 2022 blade 14 which died a few weeks ago. Did not even last 2 years. Sent in to repair, dead motherboard, price to repair over 1700 Euros. Can buy a new laptop in this price. Do NOT ever buy a product from Razer.
For me, I cannot pass my dual boot loader because the screen freeze since two months (Just after the end of the razer insurance) Sometimes I can if I am fast before the freeze appears but in that case, it will reboot by himself and I am back to step one. I tried with another ssd, I changed the cmos battery but the laptop stays unusable.
Just adding my experience to the list for future buyers to point to when speaking with Razer.
Blade 14 2022 (3070Ti) - motherboard fried 12 days out of warranty period. I’m Australian and I believe our consumer laws are a little stricter so after some back and forth Razer agreed to fix the motherboard. Looking at this I suspect the clock has started and in about 18-24 months I’ll be looking for a new laptop.
Disappointing Razer. Love the laptop but just not good enough for the premium pricetag - and my story has a much happier end than most of you (sorry all!).
my razer just died few weeks ago, i will not buy from this shit again
The razer client attention sucks, my laptop is dead and i dont find a way to repair it, where is the support of the brande in this cases, i dont see the quality of the products anywhere.
Razer will offer to repair our units as long it's within its warranty period. Otherwise, the team can provide out-of-warranty repairs as long the laptop model is not part of our legacy product list.
