Razer Blade 14 - do I have to pay additional taxes?

Hi! I'm living in Germany and I ordered the Razer Blade 14. Since the Razer Store was in german language and there wasn't any hint that they sell from overseas, I didn't know Razer would send this notebook from Hongkong. Because the price of this notebook was (with student discount) 1899€ I doubt I'd have to pay the import sales tax which is 19% here in Germany - a total of ~ 360€. :confused_: But when I ordered, in the price there were "local taxes" included - do they mean the taxes in Hongkong so I have to pay additional taxes in Germany or do they mean that the import sales tax is already included?
