I have buy my Laptop a Razer Blade 14 the 13 of jun 2025,
i have start to get my Laptop Crash and Black Screen and reset
I open ticket around 2025-09, I had to send the laptop, suppose to be ok, but the same day i get it back i had again the black screen crash, when i was trying to install software…
I , and Razer, put lot of time to try things, is there a way to just send me a new laptop or i dont know?
Is there a warranty thing too,
Is there a way to talk with someone in french and explain what happens with my story?
Yeah, I’m alway on a ticket, but , Im starting to dont know what to do, i have paid 3000$ for a laptop and compagny who supposed to be on top , and im stuck with that, I had a Lenovo Yoga for 7 years and it still good, and now im desapointed,
Is there someone else who get issue like me or can help me even if Im on an open ticket?
