Razer Blade 14 Oculus Rift - Slow

Hello I bought a Razer Blade 14 AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with an NVIDIA GF RTX 3070 to finally have a lot of power (albeit mobile). Now I want to connect my Oculus Rift. That works too. But just in the lowest graphics setting I get reasonably smooth movements. I didn't buy such a great gaming notebook for that. What do I have to set so that I can also play my VR games in high graphics settings? After all, the minimum requirements for the Oculus Rift are just NVIDIA GTX 970 / AMD R9 290. I should beat that by far.
