Hi, not sure if anyone can help, but I purchased a Razer Blade 14 RZ09-0427NEA3-R3B1 Laptop in January 2023, not for gaming but for processing photos in Photoshop & Lightroom while travelling overseas on various wildlife tours. Last week, the laptop wouldn't boot up, and I took it to a repair center, where they advised that the main power rail was short-circuited to ground, as per the attached report and photo. They indicated that this may well have been a manufacturing or design fault. New motherboard required, I understand.
Has anyone else had the same problem?
I believe that the laptop is out of warranty, and I am grossly disappointed that such an expensive laptop failed in a relatively short time.
Can anyone help me try to claim a repair or replacement from Razer?
Thanks in advance for any help.
