Razer Blade 14 (RZ09-0427x) randomly rebooting; BSOD; doesn't wake up from sleep mode

Ever since I bought this laptop a year and a half ago, I’ve been having issues. I had to return my 1st one to get a replacement b/c Razer Support didn’t know what the problem was and sent me a new one. My issue was the following:

  • Laptop wouldn’t wake up from sleep mode despite following Razer-suggested solutions; I had to soft reboot often to use the computer.
  • BSOD
  • Random rebooting without me doing anything; One time this happened, WiFi was nowhere to be seen. I had to reboot the computer for the driver/WiFi to come back.
  • Laptop wouldn’t turn on.

I’m hoping folks have found a solution that they coud recommend to me. This is the most expensive computer I’ve purchased and the recurring issues is VERY disappointing. May be the factor that turns me on to Macs...smh.
