So after lots of messages and no solution for this problem where the camera is not being detected by the system, could you tech support guys provide us with the driver for the embedded camera and let us try on our own?
I really need the camera to work now!!! Especially with this COVID-19 situation!!!
Also, I am trying to update the following two things:
- Intel Serial IO Driver
- Intel ME Driver,
but your files are detected as viruses!! and I'm only using Windows Defender!
HELP PLEASE!!!!!
