Razer Blade 15 (2018 Base Model) Backlit Keyboard Stopped Working
I got this laptop in 2019 and had zero issues until a week ago. The RGB on my keyboard was intermittently turning on and off whenever I turned on my laptop. I assumed it may have been a Synapse issue and attempted deleting profiles, updating, and redownloading the application and nothing worked. Then my keyboard turned on with only the left half being backlit. This is purely an issue with the RGB, the keyboard works completely fine.
I am looking for help with suggestions on how I should fix this. I am not sure where I could get a replacement keyboard and where the best place to fix it would be.
