I just bought the laptop and since day 1 I cannot connect any device with Bluetooth. Actually, I noticed that any device can be connected and functional only if it is literally on the laptop and when it is moved just some cms away it disconnects or stop working. I tried updating the drivers from Razer Support but nothing changed. Furthermore, the quality of signal of the WiFi seems a bit bad as well, at least compared with my previous laptop which is a 10 years old Lenovo Thinkpad T420, which sounds a bit unacceptable for a brand new 2018 gaming laptop.
Does anyone have simillar problems before? Can this be a manufacturing hardware problem or can it be fixed through software?
