My Razer Blade 15 2018 Base Model fans keep turning on when I am browsing the internet or on idle. Is this normal and is there a fix for this? Or is my laptop faulty?

How is the ambient temperature, and have you tried adjusting the fan speed of your Razer Blade? I highly recommend that you give this a shot. You also want to monitor the internal temps using Hardware Monitor. Do note that temp spikes can cause the fans to ramp up and stay on that level until the laptop cools down. Send me the serial number of the laptop if the problem persists.
