Razer Blade 15 (2018) invalid boot signature

Hello, I’m having the invalid boot signature error I’ve see a few others have with this same model. I tried a Factory reset and the problem still persists, so I disabled secure boot and tried running the command prompt but it cant find the file location. This is where I was following how to do this and  I am stuck on step 7. Any information is helpful thanks.

I understand that you're experiencing the "Invalid Boot Signature" / Secure Boot error on your device. Could you please let me know if the Secure Boot violation occur on every startup, or only intermittently? What exact error message appears when Command Prompt cannot find the file location? You can upload the photo/screenshot of the error message using this link and then send me the link once it’s uploaded.
