I bought my laptop last October and it has been working fine for the most part until yesterday. It kept crashing many times and after fixing it, the same thing happened again with 2 different crash codes. Suddenly, it booted into the advanced recovery menu and I started trying to fix it from there. All 6 options did nothing and there wasn’t an option to continue to Windows normally. It also showed that there was a problem with one of the Windows file so I tried using sfc /scannow but still nothing happened. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
