Razer Blade 15 (2018) parts missing after repair

I recently noticed that my Razer Blade 15 (2018 Advanced) is missng parts after it came back from the screen repair. I sent my laptop for them to fix it but they actually broke it. Is there any solution for this? I don't want to send this unit to repair again because their customer service is worst in the market(maybe only in Japan). I'll attach the picture of whare the parts are missing.

    Hi there! Can you take other photos? I think you are referring to the vents. It's under the hinge so unless you're looking the under Blade or at eye level, you wouldn't be able to see it. Let me know if you have any questions.
