Razer blade 15 (2018) random shutdown even when not gaming

Hi,
I am having Razer blade 15 (2018) RZ09 0238x series and its without battery. It randomly turns off after sometime even when I am not gaming. Sometimes it turns off right at the start before windows logo and sometimes after startup of windows and most of the time when in the windows like browsing, multimedia etc.
When it turns off, sometimes it does not even turns on till the time I do not remove the power cable and plug it again.
There is no overheating issue as laptop's CPU remains around 50 Celvius and same goes for GPU.
Is that issue due to the absence of battery or some hardware problem?
