Razer Blade 15 (2018) USB-C not working

Hi everyone, So I've just got a usb hub to plug into the type C port, however every time i plug it in, it doesn't get recognize by the laptop (its more like the computer freak out a bit and then i just unplug it) but when I plug the hub into a different laptop, it work just fine pls help!
