Razer Blade 15 (2019 base) high fan noise when docked using thunderbolt 3

Hi all, I got from a friend a thunderbolt 3 dock - Thunderbolt™ 3 Dock Pro for Mac & PC | Belkin And decided to try it with my Razer Blade 15 (2019 base) and observed that the fans are running 100% time, even when laptop is idling. I checked temperatures and they are between 40 and 50 degrees - so nothing wrong here. I checked all the processes and there was nothing sucking up resources. I tried to tweak fan settings in synapse but nothing seem to help. I also reinstalled Synapse. Do you have and solution or tips to solve this problem? Thank you in advance for response.
