Razer Blade 15 (2019) RZ09-03101 Support for Win 11 / TPM 2.0?

Windows 11 requires TPM 2.0, but the 2019 Razer Blade 15 does not have 2.0 support out of the box. While I have found the solution to update the bios for older models, is there a solution for my 2019 model?
