Hello everyone.

I would appreciate receiving some help and explanation as to what this problem can be, and how to solve it.



So, when I've bought this computer about one year ago I've tried some games on it (Apex, League o Legends, Valorant) and everything ran smoothly, not on the max settings. (If I would not take into account that temperature was reaching the 90-100 Celsius mark.)



As for now, League of Legends runs smoothly, even on max settings. But running Apex or Halo Infinity shows me that there are some issues present in the system. I run a game and for some moments everything looks fine. But then, for no apparent reason, even while being in the game menu, the sound begins to flicker and to be interrupted, frames drop, all the system starts lagging, opening task manager or switching to other applications is almost impossible as everything lags and works slow.



If I manage to run a game, there are moments where it works fine, but every 30 seconds or so the lags make it unplayable. Frames drop, mouse movement is choppy, the sound is not constant with the same interruptive quality to it.



So I would like to ask you for help to understand and to solve this issue. As everything worked fine before, and now it is just awful.



My specs are:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz

RAM: 16 GB

GPU: RTX 2060 Mobile.

The issue is very noticeable at the 1:20 time mark.
