Hello, I have a Razer Blade 15 base 2020. It’s been working fine for years, but during the last year I’ve used it less frequent, so every time I started it, the date and clock was totally off, probably because of the clock battery that has lost it’s capacity.
A couple of weeks ago it didn’t start at all (when I hadn't used it for a month probably), the status led in the front does not light up when I charge it. I have measured the charger output and it’s 19-20V which is correct.
I’ve seen a lot of threads with this issue, some of them connect it to laptops stuck in hibernate/sleep modes, I guess my problem is related to that as well.
If I hold the power button for 10 sec the status led flashes in white, but I still can’t start it after. I have tried the 30 sec power button reset with and without charger with no success. I have disconnected the battery and plugged it in again, charged it for 30 min, still no success. I have changed the clock battery, still no success…..
How do I get it to start??? This is really frustrating…
